A door to a secret World
A good, high-quality door is the result of many different properties.
Indicators of quality are the strength of the door structure, sound
insulation, security, heat insulation U factor, environmental impact of the
surface treatment, elegance and personality of the design, and functionality
of the fittings. You decide which criteria to use when choosing your door!
We use different doors a countless number of times every day. A door must
be functional and of high quality. We consider ease of use to be the most
important feature of our doors. Combine this with strength, heat insulation,
a design well suited to the typical Finnish home, and beautiful fittings,
and you have the Edux® door, which works well and looks and feels good.
Välikylän Puutyö Oy is a family company founded in 1990. The company is
based in Nivala. We manufacture and market standard and specially designed
doors and windows throughout Finland for building professionals,
manufacturers of pre-fabricated homes and log houses, and for private
customers directly.
Durable quality, on Nature’s conditions
For the well-being of Nature In the spring of 2001 we introduced our own
Edux® brand. Since 2004 we have operated under the name Edux-ovet Oy. The
Edux® products are unique, elegant and durable. The doors are manufactured
in an environmentally friendly way, using modern technology and stringent
quality criteria. We are the first Finnish door manufacturer to use water
paints for all our products. Edux® doors do not emit harmful gases into the
indoor air.
We were also the first door manufacturer to provide an exterior door
range with decorations made of natural stone. The stone decorations provide
beautiful details on the door surface. They do not add weight to the door,
but will give it more originality and style.
Whether you choose one of our exterior doors, balcony doors or interior
doors, you can feel happy and confident with your choice. An Edux® door
always looks good. All of our aluminium-reinforced exterior and balcony
doors have a 10-year straightness warranty and a 2-year structural warranty. |
